ABOUT THE BLOG

If I'm fortunate enough to live to 75, I would've already lived half my life as a Fatass. I managed to get myself out of the state of being one and I believe anyone can too. Most fitness websites are written from the perspective of fitness types, but honestly you can't possibly know the struggles of being an obese person unless you've been one yourself.

While you may be able to make it seem like you can compensate with your charm, or self deprecating humour, if in your quiet moments, when you have the courage to even look in the mirror after a shower you find yourself muttering something akin to "Wow I am a fat F**K" - know that deep inside, I still feel like I am one too. If you're overweight, and like the way you are, then more power to you. If you'd like to make a change, then I wrote this for you.

There's nothing that you'll find here in terms of the science or the methods that you won't find from any other fitness related blog. Most importantly, it was written by someone who wasn't gifted with great genetics, doesn't have a high metabolism, doesn't have any kind of predisposition to muscle gain and has been a Fatass for most of his life. The same person managed to find a way out, and has proven it to be sustainable.

As many of the people who knew me growing up would attest, if even I can, then so can you. So from one Fatass to another, this is my gift to you.
